緊盯部隊(duì)高技術(shù)人才培養(yǎng)　深化軍校新裝備教學(xué)改革

摘  要：隨著新型裝備的迅速發(fā)展，部隊(duì)對(duì)高技術(shù)人才的需求越來(lái)越強(qiáng)烈。軍事院校如何運(yùn)用合理的改革措施，使人才培養(yǎng)模式盡快適應(yīng)新裝型備技術(shù)的發(fā)展，為部隊(duì)培養(yǎng)更多的新型軍事人才，是適應(yīng)未來(lái)軍隊(duì)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)和信息化戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的首要條件，也是加速我軍戰(zhàn)斗力生成和提升軍事實(shí)力的重要保證。

Abstract： With the rapid development of new equipment， the demand for high-tech talents is becoming stronger and stronger.
