近年來黨和國家高度重視農村水環(huán)境治理，并多次出臺了相關文件，《農村人居環(huán)境整治提升五年行動方案（2021—2025年）》提到以農村“生活污水垃圾治理”為重點，《農業(yè)農村污染治理攻堅戰(zhàn)行動方案（2021—2025年）》也指出“要以農村生活污水垃圾治理、黑臭水體整治、養(yǎng)殖污染防治等為重點領域，持續(xù)推進農村人居環(huán)境整治提升”。（剩余6394字）
