AbstractOeieinstateteatioflumsenescesLsedsdetdroughteoetandtonderstditssist ancetothedroughtenvironmentMethodAllumsenescensLseedswerecollctedasteresearchobject,andtheectsofsiulated droughtstressidifretonetratosofooneafisesLdsereistgatedteteteger minationrateoftheseds,einationpotentialgerinatioidex,mbrydiclelngthndvigordex.Result]Astecoetationof PEG-60OO increased,the time for Allium senescens L. seeds to initially germinate to reach 50% increased;the germination rate of 10% was not diferentfroatf;scddatidat there was no significant difference between mild drought of PEG 10% and the control,and the seed germination was inhibited by PEG 15% and 20% ,the concentration reached 20% and the seed germination was inhibited. Concentration reached 20% seed germination stagnation; the embryonicrotlengthwithdrought stress increaseshowedlowpromotioandhighinhibition,inthePEG-6OoOconcentrationof 10% to reach the longest. [Conclusion] Allium senescens L. seeds were resistant to drought stress at 10% PEG concentration,but seed germination of Allium senescens L. seeds stagnated at high concentration.
