1</sub>(3000kg/hm<sup>2</sup> ) ,M<sub>2</sub>(2250kg/hm<sup>2</sup> ) .M<sub>3</sub>(1500kg/hm<sup>2</sup> ),研究不同處理方法對土壤砷形態(tài)及糙米中砷含量變化的影響。[結(jié)果]施加菌劑各處理組氧化還原電位初始階段迅速降低,隨后呈現(xiàn)上升態(tài)勢;而土壤 pH 在作物的幼苗生長至分藥階段表現(xiàn)出明顯的上升趨勢,之后逐漸回落,并最終趨于中性;該現(xiàn)象伴隨著非專性吸附態(tài)砷與專性吸附態(tài)砷比例的降低,土壤中無定型鐵氧化物結(jié)合態(tài)砷、晶體鐵氧化物結(jié)合態(tài)砷、殘?jiān)鼞B(tài)砷含量的上升。具體而言, M<sub>1</sub> 處理組中,非專性和專性吸附態(tài)砷的含量分別下降了6.24百分點(diǎn)和16.65百分點(diǎn),土壤中的無定型鐵氧化物結(jié)合態(tài)砷、晶體鐵氧化物結(jié)合態(tài)砷、殘留態(tài)砷的含量分別升高了5.58百分點(diǎn)、9.05百分點(diǎn)、8.26百分點(diǎn)。與對照組相比,所有處理組水稻籽粒中砷含量均明顯降低,降幅在 32.14%~60.71% 。其中, M<sub>1</sub> 處理組水稻籽粒中砷含量僅為0.11mg/kg ,該處理組對抑制水稻籽粒中砷累積具有最佳效果。[結(jié)論]該研究為新型降砷型功能微生物菌劑的研發(fā)提供理論基礎(chǔ)。-龍?jiān)雌诳W(wǎng)" />
