AbstractObjetie]TostudythegrowthcharacteriticsofDendrobmfanjngshanensefromimitationwildtendingintheforestanddeter minethecontentofplsaccharideandmaose.MethodUsinghangingots，achedtresandatachedstonsuderteforsttosilate thewildabitatgothofndrobfjgshestntentofolahadsiDendrobmfjgsheseasdtdbol sulfuricacidmetho，ndthemaoseontentwasdeterinedbyprecolunderivatizationultra-highpeforanceliquidhoatgaphy （UPLC）.ResultTheeight，freshweightanddryweightofDendrobmfajingshnensegrowninhangingpotsundertheforestweresignificantly higher than those grown in attached stones and trees （ P<0.05 ）. The polysaccharide and mannose contents of Dendrobium fanjingshanense grown in hanging pots were 20.41% and 14.23% ，respectively. Compared with Dendrobium fanjingshanense grown in attached stones andtrs，thepolysaccarideandmaosecontentsofDendrobiumfanjingshanensegrownihangingpotsweresignificantlydiernt（ P< 0.05）.[Conclusion]Hangingpotsundertheforestforurturingisanfeiewaytoiitatonwildtendingandcultivatehigualityand high-yielding of Dendrobium fanjingshanense.

梵凈山石斛（Dendrobium fanjingshanense Z.H. Tsi ex X.H.JinetY.W.Zhang）屬于蘭科（Orchidaceae）石斛屬（Den-drobium）多年附生草本植物，葉生于莖的上部，先端稍鈍、稍有鉤轉(zhuǎn)，花苞片在基部或近中部具有一赤褐色斑塊，花黃色，花被片反卷，為石斛屬特征明顯的物種[1，是2001年在貴州省梵凈山海拔 800～1450m 的高大樹枝上以及山谷和林緣的巖石上發(fā)現(xiàn)的新種[2]，2010年在浙江省遂昌九龍山發(fā)現(xiàn)有少量分布，附生于海拔 500～700m 闊葉林中的毛紅椿樹上或山體巖石上[3]。（剩余10530字）
