Effct of Light Quality and Light Intensities on Quality of Cigar Wrapper Tobacco Leaves During Drying

AbstractLightnotonlyaectsthesythesisanddecompositionofpigments，utalsofectstheappearanceandcoloroftobaoleaves. However，thereisalackofresearhonfctsoflightonthequalityofigarleavesduringdrying.CigarCX26wasusedasmaterialinthis study，anddiferentlghtquality（conventoaluring（K），edlight（R3O），ellwlight（Y3O）bluelight（B3O），renlght（G30）， whitelight（W30））andlightintensies（whitelightwith5（W5），10（W10），15（W15），20（W20），30W（W30））wereset，tostudy theefectsofachtreatentonthecolorchange，pigmentcontets，structureandqualtyofcigartobacolavesduringtedryingpe. Resutsindicatedtatlightqualitycouldacceleratethetuingtoyellowandbrown，andincreasethebrowingindexoftobacolavesTe browning index of R30 and B30 was 80.0% and 63.7% ，respectively，which was significantly higher than that of other treatments. Appropriatelightntesity（W5）candepentheoloroftobacoleavsAfterdrying，thetotalcolordierecevaueoftobacoleavestreatedwith W15 was ΔE 25.3，and its color value L* ， a* and b* were 47.5，9.6 and 30.2，respectively，which were higher than other treatments. Comparedwithoventoaldying，teccuulatioofDwasincreasedbygtreamentandireasedwiththireaseoflghtitesity.Lightreatmentacceleratedtheatrohyoftobaccoleavesandrducedteticknessofleafsurface，palisadetisseandspogissue.
