第1次腋芽>第3次腋芽>第4次腋芽,而第10\~11葉位葉片IAA 含量波峰和波谷值變化規(guī)律均為第1次腋芽>第2次腋芽>第3次腋芽;處理2的第16\~17葉位和第10\~11葉位葉片全鉀含量呈“正弦”波型變化,波峰和波谷值均隨煙株生育進程推進逐漸降低。[結論]打頂后頂部第1葉位腋芽采用人工抹芽,其余葉位腋芽采用抑芽劑氟節(jié)胺抑芽處理,可以改變煙株不同葉位葉片IAA含量,提升葉片鉀含量,降低煙堿含量,協調烤煙化學成分,且對第16\~17葉位的影響力度高于10\~11葉位。-龍源期刊網" />
