AbstractLandreservefancigpolicieshaveasignificantipactonthechanges inlandleasingareapre.Basedontheregresionodel， thistudyanalyzestheimpactoflandreservefinancingpolicychangesin2Ol-2O21onlandleasingbehaviorinShandongProvinceTere sultsshowthat：tereisasignificantgaetwenlandleasingareaandpriceamongcitisinShandongProvicetelandleasingbhaviin ShandongProviceshowoviousregionalcharacteristics，withaseriousspatialmismatchbetweenthelandleasingareaandpricnelong run，the“l(fā)oan-debt”policyhsaignifcantiiyetontheeaandpriceoflandtasfer，ilete“db-ban”poliyasno significanefectonteareaoflndtransfer.Basedonthechangesofnewpoliciesandnwsituations，thistudyputsforwardthepathofland reserve transformation and financing innovation in Shandong Province.
