AbstractObetie]ToexplorethtofdingselefertlizeronthacterialommunityinezosperesoilofAmoolus muelri.edgompsdesitfceoitseslAmop underexogenousselenumtreatmentwereanalyzedbymeansof16Sampliconsequencingtecholog,andthefunctionsoftheelevantou nities werefurtheranalyzedthroughPICRUStfunctionpredictionanalysis.Result]ExogenousseleniumtreatmentincreasedtheOTUabundance,thenumberofuniquebactelOUandheommunitdversityintezosphresoilofAmohopallsmuelerisimultaously TheOTUabundanceandthenumberofuniqueOTUsintheselenium-treatedgroupwere1.O3and1.08timestoseinthecontrolgroup,respectively.PCoAfuterreveaedthattheamplesinteselenmreatedgoupandtecontrolgroupwereclearlyseparatedonthefistprincipalcomponentwithrelativelylargedistancebetwenedicatingthatteacterialcommunitystructuresinthzospresilof AmorphophalusmuelerietgrouseresignificantlfentSpecsompsiaalsissoedat,ompadwihetro group,tidoalchcteoeibceogae cesandGemmaimoasinesheoloftesle-treatedopeiedareasintredCRUStfutioprdtoed thatoreetabiadfcsoftactealmitinsAmopluslogostat mentwereenhancedcomparedwith toseinthecontrolgroup,suchasaminoacidmetabolism,carbohydratemetabolismandeergymetabo lism,etc.Conclusion]Exogenousselenutreamentcouldleadtoalargeumberofhangesitebacteralcomunityinthse soilforpopallsmuelei,hchasnducivetoeatingstablendredvsfdzospremicrobialmmnitucture.
