AbstractObetie]TostudyteeetsofultiplespraysofdifrentconcentratiosoficbialagetC3Oontegroth,eelopnt andyieldofotodrraigodiio.etodsingoTaetxprietalateal,otalfratssted, anda total of 6 sprays of 15billion CFU/mL Bacillussubtilis fermentation broth + molasses adjuvant or water were applied during the cotton sedlingstage,budstageandfloweringstage.Thespraying timeandfrequencywerethesame,andthesprayingconcentrationswere 22.500L/hm2 ( T1 treatment), 16.500L/hm2(T2 treatment), 10.125L/hm2(T treatment)and O L/hm2(clean water treatment CK),respectively.Resulthapoatesragficoalagentsseafogggothdieldfototoul slowdownthedeclinerateofleafareaindex,nablecotonplantstonterreprodutiegrowtharlyandfectivelyimprovecotonplant height and stem thickness. T2 treatment had the highest yield,with seed cottonyield of 7850.00kg/hm2 and lint cotton yield of (20 3666.17kg/hm2 ,respectively. There was no significant diference compared to T treatment,and it was significantly higher than' l3 and CK treatments (P<0.05).T3 and CK treatment increased yields by 10.1% , 15.2% (seed cotton),and 10.3% , 18.7% (lint cotton),respectively.[Conclusion]Under the conditions of this experiment,spraying 16.500L/hm2 15 billion CFU/mL Bacillus subtilis fermentation broth + (204號 molasses adjuvant ( T2 treatment)is beneficial for the growth and yield improvement of cotton.
