混合發(fā)酵質(zhì)量的影響,設(shè)置對(duì)照組(無添加)和5個(gè)添加劑處理組,分別為試驗(yàn)I組(添加復(fù)合菌劑)、試驗(yàn)Ⅱ組(添加復(fù)合酶制劑)、試驗(yàn)Ⅲ組(添加復(fù)合菌劑 + 復(fù)合酶制劑)、試驗(yàn)IV組(添加甲酸)、試驗(yàn)V組(添加丙酸)。青貯 120d 后,測(cè)定青貯飼料的發(fā)酵特性和營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分。結(jié)果表明,各添加劑處理組的 pH 與對(duì)照組差異不顯著( ΔP>0.05 。試驗(yàn) I 組的乳酸含量顯著高于其他組。試驗(yàn)I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ組的乙酸含量均顯著高于對(duì)照組( P<0.05 )。試驗(yàn)V組的乳酸、乙酸含量均最低,且與其他組均差異顯著( P<0.05) 。與對(duì)照組相比,各添加劑處理組混合青貯料的粗蛋白含量均顯著提高。試驗(yàn)V組的水溶性碳水化合物含量顯著高于其他組( P<0.05 ),試驗(yàn)IV、V組酸性洗滌纖維含量均顯著低于對(duì)照組( P<0.05 )。由此可見,添加復(fù)合菌劑、復(fù)合酶制劑、復(fù)合菌劑 + 復(fù)合酶制劑、丙酸、甲酸對(duì)全株燕麥與首?;旌锨噘A發(fā)酵品質(zhì)的提升并不明顯,但均提高了混合青貯料的粗蛋白含量。-龍?jiān)雌诳W(wǎng)" />

AbstractInordertoexploretheefetsofdiferentsilageaditivesonthemixedfermentationqualityofwhole-plantoatandalfalfa , wesetupcontrolgoup(noadition),andfiveaddivegrous,includingtestIgroup(adingcompoundbacterialagent),estIgoup (adding compound enzyme preparation),test I group (adding compound bacterial agent + compound enzyme preparation),test IV group (addingformiccid)testVroup(dingpropioiccid)AerOdasthetatioquitydtritcompositioofsigefeed weredetermied.TeresultsshowedtatthereasnosignificantdiferenceinpHbetweenaditivetreamentgroupsandcontrolgroup( P> (2 0.05).The lactic acid content in test I group was significantly higher than that in other groups.Acetic acid content in test groups I,II,II were significantly higher than that in control group( P<0. 05 ).The contents of lactic acid and acetic acid in test group IV were the lowest, which were significantly differences with those in other groups( P<0. 05 ). The crude protein content of mixed silage in additive treatment groups significantly increased than that in control group( P<0.05 ). The contents of soluble carbohydrate in test groups IV was significantly higherthanthoseinothergrous,ndthecotentofcidetergetfiberintestgoups,Vwassignificantlylowerhanthatinotolgoup ( P<0.05 ).In conclusion,addingcompound bacterialagent,compound enzyepreparation,compound bacterialagent+compound enzyme preparation,focidropioicciddnobousiprovntctotfeetatioualityfteixedilageofollatt and alfalfa,but it improved its crude protein content.
