Study on the Composition Identification and Efficacy of Chaenomeles sinensis Peel Hydrosol

AbstractObetieToidenifheicalcmponntsofCenomelessinesispelhdrosndeloretstentialfacfld ofcosetics.etdUsingthhenomelessinensisfroBaieCountyhaaniProvinceasteaateral，henomelessinessel drosolwasprepadyistlietdIsicalpooasentd，ndisisturngpfoaal scavengingabilitywereevaluated.[Result]Usinggaschromatography-maspectrometry（GC-MS）technology，91maincompoundswere identifiedfroeoelesssislrosloterompoudsdatedspecialltetofcecid tylesterwasparticularlysigicantsedvesechicalomponnts，hoghtirsesticctsdowdteCaenomelessis pelhydrosolwituqueroaprofilomprsinritassoalandcirusotesIntsofcacy，moisturgfoe of Chaenomeles sinensis peel hydrosol was comparable to that of 4%-5% glycerol solution，demonstrating good moisturizing effect.At the same time，theCaoelessislrodtidtpidcalateoy enging rate were comparable to 10-15mg/L ascorbic acid solution，demonstrating its efective antioxidant properties.[Conclusion] Chaenomelessinensislosolotoysuqeoaracterists，utalsosostuigfuciondtioidantpotetialichakeit have broad application prospects in the cosmetics field，especiallin moisturizing and antioxidant care products.

光皮木瓜［Chaenomelessinensis（Thouin）Koehne]隸屬于薔薇科木瓜屬，民間亦稱之為栴楂或土木瓜[1-2]，其果實形態(tài)優(yōu)雅，呈橢圓形，外皮光滑如蠟，覆蓋著厚厚的果粉，色澤金黃誘人，香氣馥郁持久，即便果皮干燥后亦能保持光滑不皺，故稱為光皮木瓜[3]。（剩余8649字）
