一種機(jī)場異物探測的伺服轉(zhuǎn)臺設(shè)計

摘要：設(shè)計一款用于機(jī)場跑道異物探測的一維伺服轉(zhuǎn)臺，其具有質(zhì)量輕、體積小、可靠性高、定位精度高的特點。介紹轉(zhuǎn)臺的總體設(shè)計，包含指標(biāo)要求、輕量化臺體布局和驅(qū)動機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計、負(fù)載參數(shù)計算等；進(jìn)一步介紹轉(zhuǎn)臺關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)件設(shè)計；基于確定的轉(zhuǎn)臺結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行有限元仿真，包含極限載荷下的強度校核和模態(tài)分析。

Abstract：Designs a one-dimensional servo turntable for detecting foreign objects on airport runway， which is light in weight， small in size and with high reliability and high positioning accuracy. The overall design of the turntable is introduced， including the index requirements， the layout of the turntable， the design of the driving Themechanism and the design of load parameter calculation etc. The design of key structure for the turntable is further introduced. The finite element simulation is carried out based on the confirmed turntable structure， which embodies the strength check and modal analysis under the ultimate load.
