基于鞭打性能的座椅靠背型面優(yōu)化方法

摘要:為降低追尾時(shí)的揮鞭傷危害,提出一種座椅靠背型面優(yōu)化方法,論述該方法對(duì)頭后間隙的影響機(jī)制?;谠摲椒▽?duì)某款座椅的鞭打性能進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,根據(jù)CNCAP規(guī)程進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:該方法對(duì)座椅造型的影響程度較小,優(yōu)化目標(biāo)與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合較好,假人頸部傷害值降低16.6%,上頸部載荷與下頸部載荷顯著降低。

Abstract:To reduce the damage of whiplash injury in low speed rear-end collision, an optimization method of seat back modeling surface is proposed and its influencing mechanism on headback clearance is discussed. Based on the method, the whiplash performance of a certain seat is optimized and verified through experiments according to CNCAP procedure. The results show that the proposed method has less influence on seat modeling, the optimization objective is in good agreement with the experiment results, and the injury value of dummy neck decreases by 16.6%,a significant reduction for both upper neck load and lower neck load.
