摘 要:本文通過(guò)概述傳統(tǒng)飲食文化的定義與特點(diǎn)、歷史發(fā)展脈絡(luò)及其在地方文化中的重要地位,分析傳統(tǒng)飲食文化面臨的挑戰(zhàn),并提出傳統(tǒng)飲食文化的保護(hù)策略,旨在確保傳統(tǒng)飲食文化的延續(xù)和發(fā)展。

Abstract: This paper summarizes the definition and characteristics of traditional food culture, its historical development context and its important position in local culture, analyzes the challenges faced by traditional food culture, and puts forward the protection strategy of traditional food culture, aiming at ensuring the continuation and development of traditional food culture.
