摘 要：本文通過(guò)概述傳統(tǒng)飲食文化的定義與特點(diǎn)、歷史發(fā)展脈絡(luò)及其在地方文化中的重要地位，分析傳統(tǒng)飲食文化面臨的挑戰(zhàn)，并提出傳統(tǒng)飲食文化的保護(hù)策略，旨在確保傳統(tǒng)飲食文化的延續(xù)和發(fā)展。
