Abstract： Mobile street stalls food safety problems occur frequently， exposing the mobile street stalls food safety supervision system is facing many difficulties. Combined with the characteristics of mobile street stalls food management， this paper analyzes the current situation and dilemma of mobile street stalls food safety supervision， and puts forward measures to improve the mobile street stalls food safety supervision system， in order to provide help and inspiration for the efficient management of mobile street stalls food safety.
