獸藥殘留限量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)肉制品安全性影響的量化分析與對(duì)策研究

摘要：本文介紹了現(xiàn)行獸藥殘留限量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)肉制品安全性的影響，分析了這些標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在控制殘留方面存在的問(wèn)題，并通過(guò)量化分析和模型評(píng)估，提出了動(dòng)態(tài)更新機(jī)制、檢測(cè)技術(shù)提升、跨部門(mén)監(jiān)管強(qiáng)化及公眾教育等優(yōu)化建議。研究旨在增強(qiáng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的科學(xué)性與執(zhí)行力，進(jìn)一步保障肉制品安全和消費(fèi)者健康，為食品安全監(jiān)管提供參考。

Quantitative Analysis and Strategic Research on the Impact of Veterinary Drug Residue Limits on Meat Product Safety

Abstract： This article introduces the impact of current animal drug residue limit standards on the safety of meat products， analyzes the problems in controlling residues in these standards， and proposes optimization suggestions through quantitative analysis and model evaluation， such as dynamic update mechanism， improvement of detection technology， strengthening of cross departmental supervision， and public education. The research aims to enhance the scientificity and enforcement of standards， further ensure the safety of meat products and consumer health， and provide reference for food safety supervision.
