食品檢測技術(shù)在食品安全中的應(yīng)用
摘 要:隨著消費者食品安全意識的提高,對檢測技術(shù)的速度和準(zhǔn)確性提出了更高的要求。本文分析了食品安全檢測技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀,探討了生物傳感技術(shù)、納米技術(shù)、基因檢測技術(shù)、免疫檢測技術(shù)和光譜技術(shù)在食品安全中的詳細(xì)應(yīng)用,旨在推動食品檢測技術(shù)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展和應(yīng)用。

The Application of Food Testing Technology in Food Safety

Absrtact: With the increasing awareness of food safety among consumers, higher requirements have been put forward for the speed and accuracy of detection technology. This article analyzes the current status of food safety detection technology and explores the detailed applications of biosensing technology, nanotechnology, gene detection technology, immune detection technology, and spectroscopy technology in food safety, aiming to promote the further development and application of food detection technology.
