尿失禁相關(guān)性皮炎預(yù)防與治療的研究進(jìn)展

[Abstract]The incidence rate of urinary incontinence-associated dermatitis （IAD） is high.It can cause patients'skin to burnand itch，increase therisk of skin infection，and increasethe workloadand carecostsof medical staff. In recent years，there have been many advancements in the preventionand treatment of IAD，such as theresearch and development ofnew skin protectants and the application of intellgent incontinence management devices.This article comprehensivelyreviews the new understanding ofthe pathogenesis and epidemiologyof IAD， as well asthe innovationand optimization of prevention and treatment methods，providing important guidance for the clinicalpreventionand treatmentofIAD.Itis expected to improve thequalityoflifeof patientsand reduce the medical burden.
