[Abstract]Objective： To explore the effect of Qianzheng Powder combined with Huoxue Tongluo Decoction andEdaravone inthe treatment of cerebral infarction.Method：Atotal of1O2 patients withcerebral infarction treated at Jinan Zhangqiu District Hospitalof TCM from January 2O22 to January2O24 were selectedand divided into a control group and an experimental group using the envelope drawing method based on their medical records， with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Edaravone， while the experimental group was treated with a combination of Qianzheng Powder combined with Huoxue Tongluo Decoction.The clinical efficacy， neurologicalfunction，livingabilityhemorheology，andnervefactorsofthetwogroupswereompared.Result：Thetotal efctiverateof theexperimental groupwashigherthanthatof thecontrolgroup，and thedifferencewasstatistically significant （ P <0.05）.After treatment，the NIHSS，high shear whole blood viscosity，low shear whole blood viscosity， plasma viscosity， neuron specific enolase （NSE），central nervous system specific protein （S100B ），and myelin basic protein（MBP）levels inthe experimental group werelower thanthose in the control group，while the modified Barthel index （MBI） was higher than that in the control group，and the diffrences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： Patients with cerebral infarction can be treated with Qianzheng Powder combined with Huoxue Tongluo Decoction and Edaravone， which can improve blood rheology，reduce nerve defects，lower NSE，MBP， S100B levels， and improve their living ability.
