CTA與MRA診斷顱內(nèi)動脈瘤的臨床價值分析

[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the clinical value of CT angigraphy (CTA) and magnetic resonance angiography (MRA)in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms.Method: From March 2O21 to March 2024,103 patients with highlysuspected intracranial aneurysms received in Guyuan People's Hospital were selectedas the research objects,allthe research subjectsunderwent CTA and MRA examinations.Result: The diagnostic resultsof CTA inpatients withintracranialaneurysmshowedthatitssensitivityandspecificity were higher thanthoseof MRA, and the diagnostic accuracyof patients was alsosignificantly higher than thatof MRA,with statistical significance 0 P <0.05). Combined with surgical or DSA reference standards, CTA identified 77 true positive cases (74.76% ) whileMRA detected 67truepositives (65.05% ).There wasa significant difference in the proportion of true positives between the two groups ( P <0.05).For lesion site detection in patients with intracranial aneurysms,CTA yielded a diagnostic accuracy rate of 97.09% ,which was significantly higher than 73.79% achieved with traditional MRA, withastatisticallysignificantdifference( P <0.05).Furthermore,inCTAdiagnoses,theclarityindelineatingthe spatial relationships of intracranial aneurysms was 69.90% ,significantly higher than the 55.34% obtained with MRA ( P <0.05).Conclusion: In the clinical application of CTA and MRA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms, CTAdetection has relatively higher sensitivity,accuracyand specificity for aneurysm evaluation,and has higher diagnostic value.
