坤泰膠囊聯(lián)合耳穴壓豆治療陰虛火旺型圍絕經(jīng)期失眠的臨床效果

[Abstract]Objective： To explore the clinical efect of Kuntai Capsulescombined with auricular acupoint pressing beans inthe treatmentof perimenopausal insomnia withYindeficiencyand fire hyperactivity.Method：A total of132 patients with perimenopausal insomniawithYindeficiencyand fire hyperactivityin Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2O22 to September 2O23） were selected and randomly divided into acontrol group （ n =66）and an observation group （ n =66）.The control group was treated with Kuntai Capsules orally，while the observation group was treated with Kuntai Capsules orally combined with auricular acupoint pressing beans.The treatment effect，sleepqualityof the patients were evaluated，and the adverse reactions occurred of patients were recorded. Result： The overall effective rate in the observation group was 93.94 % ， significantly higher than 77.27% （2 of the control group （ P- <0.05）.Before treatment，there was no statistically significant difference in sleep quality scores between the two groups （ P>0.05 ）.After treatment， the sleep quality scores of both groups decreased，and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （ P <0.05）.The comparison of total adverse reaction rate was no statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P>0.05 ）.Conclusion： The application of Kuntai Capsules combined with auricular acupoint presing beans have agood therapeutic effect and few adverse reactions in the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia with Yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity.First-author'saddress：DepartmentofHealthManagementPhysicalExamination，JiangxiMaternal ndChildHealthHospital，Nanchang33ooo6，China
