[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with open reduction and internalfixation surgery intreating patientswith traumatic limb fractures with blood stasis syndrome. Method： Seventy-fivetraumatic limb fractures with blood stasis syndrome admited to Air Force Hospital of Western Theater Command of the People's Liberation Army from June 2O22 to June 2O24 were selected and included.According to the random number table method，they were divided into two groups，the control group of 37 patients who received openreductionand internal fixation surgery，and theobservation group of38 patients who additionalreceivedModifiedTaohong SiwuDecoctiontreatment.Theclinicalefficacy，inflammationandcoagulation markers，hemorheological indicators，and complications of the two groups wereobserved.Result： Compared with the control group （ 78.38% ），the total effective rate of the observation group （94.74% ）wassignificantly higher， and the diffrence was statistically significant （ P <0.05）. Compared with the control group，the observation group showed significantlyhigherlevelof PG2 and lower levels of TXB2 and TXB/PG 12 aftertreatment，with statistical significance （ P <0.05）. Compared with the control group，the observation group showed significantly lower levels of plasma viscosity （PV），whole blood high shearviscosity （HBV），wholeblodlowshear viscosity（LBV），andFIBafter treatment，with statistical significance （ P <0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group （13.16 % ） wassignificantly lower than that in the control group （35.14% ），andthedifferencewas statisticallysignificant （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： The Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with open reduction and internal fixation surgery has shown remarkable effcacy fortraumatic limb fracture patients with blood stasis syndrome.Itcan improve hemorheology，reduce inflammation and hypercoagulability，and has a good safety profile.
