[Abstract]Objective： To explore the influence of responsibility system holistic nursing under hierarchical management on patients with ureteral calculi surgery.Method：According to therandom numbertable method，82 patients undergoing ureteralcalculi surgery in the ital of Shangrao from January 2O21 to December 2023 were divided into the observation group （responsibility system holistic nursing under hierarchical management） and the control group （routine nursing），41 cases in each group.The surgical indicators，nursingsatisfaction，quality of life，self-care ability and complications were compared between two groups.Result： The hospitalization time， firstdefecation timeand firsttime to getoutof bed intheobservation group were shorter than those in the control group，the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that in the control group，and the incidence of complications waslower than that in the control group，the differences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）. Compared with those before nursing，thequality of life and self-care ability scores of two groups after nursing were diferent，and those inthe observation group were higher than those in the control group，the diffrences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）.Conclusion：Responsibility system holistic nursing under hierarchical management in patients undergoing ureteral calculi surgerycanshorten the hospitalization time，first defecationtimeand firsttime to get outofbed，improvethequalityoflifeandnursing satisfaction，andtheincidenceofpostoperativecomplications is low，improve self-care ability.

輸尿管結(jié)石為常見泌尿系統(tǒng)疾病，其形成與尿路梗阻、尿液成分異常及尿路感染等多種因素相關(guān)，當(dāng)結(jié)石阻塞尿路，導(dǎo)致尿液無法正常排出回流到腎臟，不僅增加腎臟負(fù)擔(dān)，而且為細(xì)菌提供了良好的滋生環(huán)境，引起尿路感染，嚴(yán)重影響患者的日常生活[-2]。（剩余5797字）
