[Abstract]Objective：To analyze the value of liver frailty index combined with Glasgow-Blatchford score （GBS）in predicting the occurence of complex adverse events of liver disease in patients with cirhosis.Method： A totalof165patientswith cirrhosis admited to Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditionaland Western Medicine fromDecember2O21to August2O23 were selectedas theresearch subjects.Allof them werefollowedup for6 months，and the occurrence of complex adverse events of liver disease in the research subjects were recorded. According to the occurrence of complex adverse events of liver disease in patientswith cirrhosis，165 patients weredivided into the occurrence group and the non-occurrence group.General dataof the research subjects were collcted，includingdemographicinformation，laboratorytestindicators，weeklyphysicalactivitylevel，ChildTurcotte-Pugh （CTP）scores，model forend-stage liverdisease （MELD） scores，nutritionalassessment results，liver frailty index scores and GBS.logistic regression wasused to analyze the influencing factors of complex adverse eventsof liverdisease inpatients with cirrhosis.TheROCcurve was drawn toanalyzethe value ofliverfrailty index combined with GBS in predicting the occurrence ofcomplex adverse events of liver diseasein patients with cirrhosis.Result： Among the 165 patients with cirhosis，54 cases had complex adverse events of liver diseases，acounting for 32.73% .The results of logistic regresson analysis showed that GBS，liver frailty index，albumin （ALB），total weekly physicalactivitylevelandnutritionalscore werethe influencing factors fortheoccurrence ofcomplex adverse events of liver disease in patients with cirrhosis （P<0.05） .The ROC curve results showed that the AUC of the liver frailty index combined with GBS for predicting theoccurrence of liver diseasecomplex adverse events in patients with cirrhosis was O.881，withasensitivityof O.815andaspecificityofO.8O2，whichwas higherthanthe predictionof liver weakness index and GBS alone.Conclusion： The combination of liver frailtyindex and GBS in predicting the occurrence of complex adverse events of liver diseases in patients with cirrhosis is relatively good.
