TICL植人術與ICL植人術在高度近視合并散光患者中的應用效果比較

[Abstract]Objective： To compare the application effect of Toric intraocular lens （TICL） implantation and implantable colamerlens （ICL）implantation inpatients with high myopia and astigmatism.Method：Atotal of 80 patients with high myopiaand astigmatism who were treated in the Department of Ophthalmology of the Central Hospital of Shangrao from February to November 2O23 were selected，and they wererandomly divided into two groups.ICL was implanted in 40 patients （8O eyes） in the control group，and TICL was implanted in 4O patients （80 eyes）inthe observation group.The visual acuity [best corrected visual acuity （BCVA）and uncorrected visual acuity （UCVA）]， visual quality[visual function indexscale （VF-14-CN），contrastsensitivity， glare sensitivityandsurgical satisfaction were compared between two groups.Result： At6 months after operation，the BCVA and UCVA of two groups increased，andthe BCVAand UCVA of the observation group were higherthan thoseof the control group，the differences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）; at 6 months after operation，the VF-14-CN scores of two groups werehigher than those before operation，and thatin the observation group was higher than thatinthe control group， thedifferenceswere statistically significant （ P <0.05）;at 6 monthsafter operation，the contrast sensitivity and glare sensitivityof diferentfrequencies intwo groups increased，andthose intheobservation groupwere higherhanthe control group，the differences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）; the total satisfaction of the observation group and the control group were 97.50% and 80.00% ，respectively，that in the observation group was higher than that in thecontrol group，the difference was statisticallysignificant （P<0.05 .Conclusion：TICL implantation in patients with high myopia and astigmatismcan improve visual acuity，enhance visual quality，increase contrast sensitivity， glare sensitivity，and surgical satisfaction.
