纖維支氣管鏡局部灌洗對重癥肺炎患者 外周血NLR、dNLR水平及預(yù)后的影響

[Abstract]Objective：To investigate the efectof fiberbronchoscope local lavage onthe levelsof peripheral blood neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio （NLR）and derived neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio （dNLR）and prognosis in patients with severe pneumonia.Method：A total of 8O patients diagnosed with severe pneumonia who were hospitalized in Yichun People's Hospital from January2O22 to January2O24 were selectedas theresearch subjects and divied into two groups according to the random number table method，with 4Ocases ineach group.The control group was given conventional treatment，and the observation group was additionally treated with fiberbronchoscope locallavage.Theclinicalecacyrterialbloodgasindexes，infammatoractor，severityofillne，hospialation time，and mortalityrate during hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Result：The arterial blood gas indexes，inflammatoryfactorsand severityof illness intheobservationgroupaftertreatment were better than those in the control group（ P <0.05）.The clinical efcacy and hospitalization timein the observation group were better than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. There were no deaths in the two groups during hospitalization. Conclusion：Fiberbronchoscope local lavage has a relatively high therapeutic effect in patients with severe pneumonia，which can improve arterial blood indexes，inflammatory factors，and pulmonary infectionconditions of patients，and can also shorten the hospital stay.
