針刺配合腹部推拿治療氣滯血瘀型腰椎間盤 突出癥的效果觀察

[Abstract]Objective： To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with abdominal massage in thetreatmentoflumbardischerniation（LDH）ofQistagnationandbloodstasis type.Method：Atotalof62patients with LDHof Qi stagnation and blood stasis type admited to the Outpatient Department and Inpatient Department of Nanchang Massage Hospital from November 2021 to March 2O24 were selected asthe research subjects，they were randomly divided into the treatment group （31 patients）and the control group （31 patients） bythe random number table method. Both groups were treated with routine lumbar and leg massage，on this basis， the control group was treated with acupuncture，and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with abdominal massage， both groups were treated for 2 courses.The clinical eficacy，lumbar function [Japanese orthopaedic association （JOA）l]， pain degree （VAS），adverse reactionsand recurrence ratewithin 3 monthsafter treatment were compared between two groups.Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.5% ，which was higher than 77.4% of the control group （ P <0.05）; compared with those before treatment， the VAS scores of two groups were decreased after treatment，andthatinthe treatment groupwas lower thanthatin the controlgroup，the JOAscores oftwo groups were increased after treatment，and that in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group P<0.05 ；no adversereactionsoccured in two groupsduring the treatment period; within 3 months aftertheendof treatment，the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion：Acupuncture combined withabdominal massage hasa significant effectin the treatmentof patients withLDHof Qi stagnation and blood stasis type， can improve lumbar function， reduce pain， and has a low recurrence rate.
