IL-6及血栓彈力圖預(yù)測慢性心功能不全急性加重期患者預(yù)后的價值及不良結(jié)局影響因素

[Abstract]Objective：To explore the value of IL-6 and thromboelastography in predicting the prognosis of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic cardiac insuffciencyand the influencing factors of adverse outcomes. Method：A total of72 patients with acute exacerbation of chroniccardiac insuficiency who received treatment in Yichun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2023 to February 2O24 were selected as the study objects.The patients were folowed upfor6months afterdischarge.The patients were divided into the poor prognosis group （n=30）and the good prognosis group （n=42）according to the follow-up results.The baseline data，IL-6and thromboelastography parameters of thetwo groups were colected for univariate analysis，and the influencingfactors of poor prognosis in patients with acute exacerbationof chroniccardiac insuficiency were analyzed bymultivariate logistic regresion analysis.ROC curve wasused to analyze thepredictivevalue of IL-6and thromboelastography in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic cardiac insuffciency within 6 months.Result： Univariate analysis showed thatthere were statistically significant diferences inage，IL-6，reaction time （R），kinetics time （K）， maximum amplitude （MA） and Alpha angle between the poor prognosis group and the good prognosis group （ P <0.05）. There were no statisticallysignificant diferences in gender，PLT，Hb，fasting blood glucose，TCand LDL-C between the two groups P>0.05 ）. logistic regression analysis showed that age，IL-6， R，K， MA and Angle angle wereallinfluencing factors of poor prognosis in patients with acute exacerbationofchronic cardiac insufficiency （ P <0.05）. ROC curve analysis showedthat the sensitivity and specificityof thromboelastography combined with IL-6 were 86.20% and 92.90% in predicting the poor prognosis of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic cardiac insufficiency within 6 months.Conclusion： By detecting thromboelastography and IL-6 in patients with acute exacerbationof chroniccardiac insuffciency，the prognosis of patientscanbe predicted，andage，IL-6，R，K，MA

andAngleangleareall influencingfactorsfor thisdisease.
