食品安全網(wǎng)格化管理的影響因素研究

摘 要：為明確食品安全網(wǎng)格化管理的影響因素，本文通過文獻梳理和專家咨詢，在已有的研究基礎之上編制出食品安全網(wǎng)格化管理影響因素量表進行抽樣調(diào)查。文章運用多元線性回歸分析得出食品安全網(wǎng)格化管理的影響因素，并提出了提高食品安全網(wǎng)格化管理效率的相關措施，以供參考。

Research on the Influencing Factors of Food Safety Grid Management

Abstract： In order to clarify the influencing factors of food safety grid management， this paper compiles the scale of influencing factors of food safety grid management based on the existing research through literature review and expert consultation. This paper uses multiple linear regression analysis to obtain the influencing factors of food safety grid management， and puts forward relevant measures to improve the efficiency of food safety grid management for reference.

1 問題的提出

“網(wǎng)格”一詞來源于電力網(wǎng)格（Power Grid），網(wǎng)格與供電網(wǎng)絡根源趨同，是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展過程中的信息傳遞技術，即在網(wǎng)絡虛擬環(huán)境下，將分散在網(wǎng)絡上的信息資源’粘合’起來”[1]。（剩余4156字）
