淺談農(nóng)家樂企業(yè)食品衛(wèi)生與安全的現(xiàn)狀和策略

摘 要：食品的衛(wèi)生與安全問題關(guān)乎民生，與廣大消費者的健康息息相關(guān)。食品的衛(wèi)生與安全是餐飲行業(yè)的核心基礎(chǔ)，本文以農(nóng)家樂企業(yè)的餐食衛(wèi)生與安全為研究對象，通過分析農(nóng)家樂企業(yè)餐食衛(wèi)生與安全存在的問題，找出產(chǎn)生的原因，并提出相應(yīng)的對策，以供相關(guān)人員參考。

Discussion on the Present Situation and Strategy of Food Hygiene and Safety in Agritainment Enterprises

Abstract： The hygiene and safety of food are closely related to people’s livelihood and the health of consumers. Food hygiene and safety is the core foundation of the catering industry. This paper takes the food hygiene and safety of agritainment enterprises as the research object， analyzes the problems existing in the food hygiene and safety of agritainment enterprises， finds out the causes， and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the reference of relevant personnel.
