技能競賽對技工院校人才培養(yǎng)的探索與思考

摘 要：本文通過技能競賽對技工院校師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、人才培養(yǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、教育教育改革、校企合作、實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)、思政教育等方面的推動，探索技能競賽對技工院校人才培養(yǎng)的路徑，體系化輸出技能競賽成果，培養(yǎng)高質(zhì)量的技能人才。

Abstract：Through the promotion of skills competition on the construction of technical colleges' teaching staff，personnel training standards，education and education reform，school-enterprise cooperation，training base construction，ideological and political education，this paper explores the path of skills competition on the cultivation of technical colleges' talents， systematically outputs the results of skills competition，and cultivates high-quality skills talents.
