The Factors Influencing the Quality of English Teaching in Universities under the Background of the New Liberal Arts and the Ways to Improve Them

Abstract Through a comprehensive analysis of relevant research and practical experience, the article found that the new liberal arts has multiple impacts on cultivating students' creativity and thinking ability, practical application ability, global perspective, and international communication awareness.
