產業(yè)轉型升級視域下高職院校技能人才培養(yǎng)模式研究

摘 要 高職院校的技能人才培養(yǎng)模式應適應產業(yè)轉型升級的需求，注重培養(yǎng)學生的創(chuàng)新能力、實踐能力和綜合素質，強化與產業(yè)界的合作和對接，提高教育質量和效益。文章以產業(yè)轉型升級為背景，探討了高職院校技能人才培養(yǎng)模式的現狀、問題和改進路徑。

Abstract The training mode of skilled talents in vocational colleges should adapt to the needs of industrial transformation and upgrading， focus on cultivating students' innovation ability， practical ability， and comprehensive quality， strengthen cooperation and docking with the industry， and improve the quality and efficiency of education. The article explores the current situation， problems， and improvement paths of the training mode for skilled talents in vocational colleges， taking industrial transformation and upgrading as the background.
