產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)視域下高職院校技能人才培養(yǎng)模式研究

摘 要 高職院校的技能人才培養(yǎng)模式應(yīng)適應(yīng)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的需求，注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力、實(shí)踐能力和綜合素質(zhì)，強(qiáng)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)界的合作和對(duì)接，提高教育質(zhì)量和效益。文章以產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)為背景，探討了高職院校技能人才培養(yǎng)模式的現(xiàn)狀、問(wèn)題和改進(jìn)路徑。

Abstract The training mode of skilled talents in vocational colleges should adapt to the needs of industrial transformation and upgrading， focus on cultivating students' innovation ability， practical ability， and comprehensive quality， strengthen cooperation and docking with the industry， and improve the quality and efficiency of education. The article explores the current situation， problems， and improvement paths of the training mode for skilled talents in vocational colleges， taking industrial transformation and upgrading as the background.
