中職教師評價機制探究

摘要中等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展需要建設一支高素質(zhì)的教師隊伍,建立中職教師評價機制,加強對教師的評價管理,是提高教師工作積極性,提升教師素質(zhì)的關鍵環(huán)節(jié)。文章就建立中職教師評價機制的意義與現(xiàn)狀進行研究,探索中職學校開展教師評價管理的方法與路徑。

AbstractThe development of secondary vocational education requires the construction of a high-quality teaching team, the establishment of an evaluation mechanism for secondary vocational teachers, and the strengthening of evaluation management for teachers. This is a key link in improving teachers' work enthusiasm and quality. This article studies the significance and current situation of establishing a teacher evaluation mechanism for vocational schools, and explores the methods and paths for carrying out teacher evaluation management in vocational schools.
