師范專(zhuān)業(yè)認(rèn)證視域下學(xué)前教育專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生師德培養(yǎng)的思考
摘要文章聚焦高職院校的學(xué)前教育專(zhuān)業(yè),在師范專(zhuān)業(yè)認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下對(duì)學(xué)前教育專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生師德培養(yǎng)的發(fā)展與價(jià)值進(jìn)行分析,給出五條培養(yǎng)路徑,分別是注重課程設(shè)置,培養(yǎng)師德意識(shí);關(guān)注實(shí)踐教學(xué),培養(yǎng)責(zé)任意識(shí);樹(shù)立教師榜樣,形成積極影響;激發(fā)學(xué)生參與,提升主動(dòng)能力;利用社會(huì)實(shí)踐,樹(shù)立價(jià)值觀念。

AbstractThe article focuses on the preschool education major in vocational colleges, analyzes the development and value of teacher ethics training for preschool education students under the certification standards of teacher education major, and provides five training paths, namely emphasizing curriculum design and cultivating teacher ethics awareness; Pay attention to practical teaching and cultivate a sense of responsibility; Set a good example for teachers and form a positive impact; Stimulate students' participation and enhance their initiative; Utilize social practice to establish values.
