【摘要】目的：研究縮減約束護(hù)理模式在ICU氣管插管患者中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：選取2022年1月—2023年12月期間我院86例ICU氣管插管患者為研究對象，按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分組，對照組予常規(guī)化護(hù)理，觀察組予縮減約束護(hù)理，比較兩組日常生活能力、疼痛評分、約束時(shí)間、拔管發(fā)生率、皮膚損傷狀況以及滿意度。結(jié)果：①干預(yù)后，觀察組ADL評分高于對照組，BPS評分低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To study the application effect of reduced constraint nursing modein intensive care unit （ICU）patients with endotracheal intubation.Methods：A total of 86 patients with endotracheal intubation in ICU of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing，while the observation group received reduced constraint nursing.The daily living ability，pain score，restraint time，extubation rate，skin injury status and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results：①After intervention，the ADL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，and the BPS score was lower than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P
