【摘要】目的：探討柔性管理在婦產(chǎn)科護(hù)理中的實(shí)施效果。方法：選擇2023年4月—2023年6月期間我院婦產(chǎn)科收治的70例患者為研究對(duì)象，將受試者根據(jù)就診順序進(jìn)行分組，各35例，對(duì)照組患者采用常規(guī)管理，研究組患者采用柔性管理。比較兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：出院時(shí)，兩組患者的SAS與SDS評(píng)分較入院時(shí)均明顯降低，且研究組SAS與SDS評(píng)分均低于對(duì)照組（P

婦產(chǎn)科是一門臨床重要學(xué)科，因其對(duì)象為孕產(chǎn)婦，常因妊娠分娩而產(chǎn)生明顯的生理及心理應(yīng)激，患者情緒波動(dòng)較大，護(hù)理工作任務(wù)重，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高，一旦出現(xiàn)護(hù)理差錯(cuò)或不良事件則易引發(fā)護(hù)理投訴，從而影響臨床護(hù)理質(zhì)量及醫(yī)院品牌形象[1]。（剩余4589字）
