俯臥位通氣的應(yīng)用及護(hù)理要點(diǎn)

【摘要】俯臥位通氣目前在ICU應(yīng)用廣泛，特別是在近期COVID-19流行期間，其對肺損傷帶來的益處被廣泛認(rèn)可[1]。本文對俯臥位通氣治療嚴(yán)重呼吸衰竭患者的病理生理機(jī)制、適應(yīng)癥及并發(fā)癥、應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀、面臨的挑戰(zhàn)及護(hù)理要點(diǎn)等進(jìn)行闡述，以期為臨床護(hù)理提供可靠依據(jù)。

【Abstract】Prone position ventilation （PPV） is currently widely used in ICU，especially during the recent COVID-19 pandemic，and its benefits for lung injury have been recognized widely[1].This article elaborates on the pathological and physiological mechanisms，indications and complications，current application status，faced challenges and nursing points of PPV in the treatment of severe respiratory failure patients，in order to provide reliable basis for clinical nursing.

自俯臥位通氣概念首次提出[2]至今近50年的時(shí)間里，其因有效改善肺部背側(cè)通氣及換氣，減少肺損傷等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，被臨床廣泛應(yīng)用，隨后在許多研究中證實(shí)了俯臥位對改善急性低氧性呼吸衰竭患者氧和的意義[3]。（剩余4178字）
