【摘要】目的：研究尿激酶介入性治療急性腦血栓的臨床效果。方法：2021年1月—2023年7月，選擇天水市中西醫(yī)結(jié)合醫(yī)院收治的40例急性腦血栓患者，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分組，每組20例。研究組采用尿激酶介入性治療，對(duì)照組實(shí)施低分子量肝素治療，比較兩組治療效果。結(jié)果：研究組治療總有效率、血栓再通率及神經(jīng)功能障礙恢復(fù)率均高于對(duì)照組（P

Clinical observation of urokinase interventional treatment for acute cerebral thrombosis

【Abstract】Objective：To study the clinical effect of urokinase intervention in the treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis.Methods：From January 2021 to July 2023，40 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis admitted to Tianshui City Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine were selected and divided into groups according to the random number table method，with 20 patients in each group.
