【摘要】目的：分析鎖定加壓鋼板內(nèi)固定在創(chuàng)傷性四肢骨折治療中的應用效果。方法：選取我院2021年1月—2023年10月收治的72例創(chuàng)傷性四肢骨折患者，隨機將其分為兩組。對照組采取普通鋼板螺釘內(nèi)固定治療，觀察組采取鎖定加壓鋼板內(nèi)固定治療。比較兩組治療效果。結(jié)果：觀察組治療總有效率明顯高于對照組（P0.05）；治療后，觀察組生活質(zhì)量各維度評分均高于對照組（P0.05）；治療后，兩組的Tb.N和VOC均升高（P
