益氣化痰活血法對(duì)高血壓病患者血管內(nèi)皮功能及臨床療效的影響

【摘要】目的：探究高血壓患者行中醫(yī)益氣化痰活血法治療后對(duì)病情恢復(fù)的影響。方法：隨機(jī)選取2021年3月—2022年11月期間本院收治的60例高血壓患者為研究對(duì)象，將患者分為對(duì)照組（n=30，常規(guī)治療）和觀察組（n=30，中醫(yī)治療），比較兩組血壓水平、血管內(nèi)皮功能、療效及生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果：治療后，觀察組SF-36評(píng)分顯著高于對(duì)照組，收縮壓及舒張壓均低于對(duì)照組，F(xiàn)MD、EID及NO均顯著高于對(duì)照組，ET-1顯著低于對(duì)照組，總有效率顯著高于對(duì)照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

Effect of Yiqi Huatan Huoxue method on vascular endothelial function and clinical efficacy in patients with hypertension

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of TCM therapy of Yiqi Huatan Huoxue method on the recovery of patients with hypertension. Methods：60 patientswithhypertensionadmitted to our hospital from March 2021 to November 2022 were randomly selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into the control group （n=30，conventional treatment） and the observation group （n=30，traditional Chinese medicine treatment）.The blood pressure levels，vascular endothelial function，efficacy and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results：After treatment，the SF-36 scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group，the systolic and diastolic blood pressure were lower than those of the control group，the FMD，EID and NO were significantly higher than those of the control group，the ET-1 was significantly lower than that of the control group，and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P
