【摘要】目的：對(duì)比CT與X線在腰椎退行性病變中的診斷效能。方法：選取我院2020年3月—2023年3月收治的80例腰椎退行性病變患者作為研究對(duì)象，所有患者均采取CT與X線診斷，分析CT診斷圖像特征與X線診斷圖像特征，并分析CT與X線對(duì)腰椎退行性病變的診斷價(jià)值。結(jié)果：CT診斷最終67例患者確診為腰椎退行性病變；X線診斷最終發(fā)現(xiàn)確診腰椎退行性病變的患者共53例；X線聯(lián)合CT對(duì)腰椎退行性病變的診斷準(zhǔn)確率明顯高于X線與CT，且其漏診率較低（P
