眼科護(hù)理跌倒風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估單在低視力患者安全管理中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】目的：分析與探討眼科護(hù)理跌倒風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估單在低視力患者安全管理中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：選取2022年5月—2023年4月我院眼科收治的100例低視力患者進(jìn)行研究與分析，根據(jù)不同護(hù)理措施進(jìn)行分組，常規(guī)組采用常規(guī)護(hù)理，實(shí)驗(yàn)組采用護(hù)理跌倒風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估單開展安全管理。對(duì)比兩組跌倒發(fā)生率與護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果：實(shí)驗(yàn)組跌倒發(fā)生率明顯低于常規(guī)組，護(hù)理滿意度明顯高于常規(guī)組，P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze and explore the application effect of ophthalmological nursing fall risk assessment form in the safety management of patients with low vision.Methods：100 patients with low vision admitted to the ophthalmology department of our hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected for research and analysis.They were divided into groups according to different nursing measures. The conventional group received conventional nursing，and the experimental group received the nursing fall risk assessment form to carry out safety management.The incidence of falls and satisfaction with nursing between the two groups were compared.Results：The incidence of falls in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group，and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the conventional group，P

近些年，隨著老齡化進(jìn)程的不斷發(fā)展，我國(guó)眼科疾病譜隨之發(fā)生了重大改變，老年眼科疾病的發(fā)生率不斷提升，其中比較常見的眼科疾病包括白內(nèi)障，青光眼、老年性黃斑變性、糖尿病性視網(wǎng)膜病變等，這些疾病均有可能導(dǎo)致低視力問題的發(fā)生[1]。（剩余3852字）
