【摘要】目的：探討無痛分娩護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)程和疼痛情況的影響。方法：隨機(jī)選取2022年2月—2023年2月在本院自然分娩的120例產(chǎn)婦，根據(jù)入院順序分組。I組接受常規(guī)助產(chǎn)護(hù)理，II組予以無痛分娩護(hù)理干預(yù)。記錄并對(duì)比兩組產(chǎn)婦各產(chǎn)程時(shí)間；比較兩組產(chǎn)婦疼痛情況，并對(duì)比兩組產(chǎn)婦對(duì)護(hù)理工作的評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果：II組產(chǎn)婦第一產(chǎn)程及第二產(chǎn)程時(shí)間明顯短于I組，總產(chǎn)程時(shí)間也明顯短于I組，P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of painless delivery nursing intervention on parturient’s labor process and pain.Methods：120 parturients who gave birth naturally in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were randomly selected and divided into groups according to the order of admission.Group I received routine midwifery care，while group II received painless delivery nursing intervention. The delivery time of each stage between the two groups of parturients were recorded and compared；The pain situation of the two groups of parturients were compared，and the evaluation of nursing work between the two groups of parturients were compared.Results：The duration of the first and second stages of labor in group II was significantly shorter than that in group I，and the total duration of labor was also significantly shorter than that in group I，P
