【摘要】目的：分析膽囊結石圍手術期護理中臨床護理路徑應用的價值。方法：選取2021年1月—2022年10月本院收治的68例膽囊結石手術患者，以入院順序奇偶數進行參照組與研究組劃分，各34例，其中參照組予以常規(guī)護理，研究組予以臨床護理路徑，比較兩組臨床指標、負面情緒、并發(fā)癥以及護理滿意度。結果：研究組臥床時間、排氣時間、進食時間以及住院時間均明顯短于參照組（P0.05）；護理后，兩組負面情緒評分均有改善，且研究組負面情緒評分低于參照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the value of clinical nursing pathway application in perioperative nursing of cholecystolithiasis. Methods：68 patients who underwent cholecystolithiasis surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected. They were divided into the reference group and the research group based on the odd even order of admission，with 34 patients in each group. 膽囊結石作為臨床較為常見的一種膽囊良性疾病，是受諸多因素影響，致使膽汁形成結石而滯留在膽囊中，患者臨床表現有上腹疼痛、噯氣等，多采用膽囊切除術治療，雖可及時將病灶切除，但手術會產生一定創(chuàng)傷，易導致相關術后并發(fā)癥，因此，需在圍術期實施科學的護理干預[1]。（剩余4275字）
