【摘要】目的：探討在妊娠早期采取飲食與運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù)對妊娠期超重或肥胖孕婦的影響。方法：選取2020年4月—2022年4月期間100例妊娠期超重或肥胖孕婦，按照隨機(jī)法將孕婦分為觀察組和對照組，每組50例，觀察組采用妊娠早期飲食與運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù)，對照組采用常規(guī)干預(yù)，比較兩組干預(yù)效果。結(jié)果：與對照組相比，觀察組體重增長、體質(zhì)指數(shù)、血壓以及總膽固醇均較低（P
