【摘要】目的：探討綜合護理干預(yù)在小兒肺炎合并心力衰竭患兒中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：選取2019年10月—2020年10月期間本院收治的90例肺炎合并心力衰竭患兒作為研究對象，采用隨機分組的方式將患兒分為對照組與觀察組，每組45例。對照組采用常規(guī)護理，觀察組采用綜合護理干預(yù)，比較兩組的護理效果。結(jié)果：觀察組患兒住院時間、體溫恢復(fù)正常時間、憋喘恢復(fù)正常時間和肺部啰音恢復(fù)正常時間均比對照組短，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P
