【摘要】目的：分析中醫(yī)針灸康復(fù)治療對老年頸肩腰腿疼痛患者臨床治療效果及VAS評分的影響。方法：將120例老年頸肩腰腿痛患者設(shè)為研究對象，依據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者分為參照組與研究組。參照組行西醫(yī)+康復(fù)訓(xùn)練治療，研究組行西醫(yī)+康復(fù)訓(xùn)練+針灸治療。比較兩組治療效果。結(jié)果：（1）治療后，研究組VAS評分低于參照組，單次持續(xù)時(shí)間短于參照組，差異顯著，P

頸椎、腰椎、膝關(guān)節(jié)、肩關(guān)節(jié)的臨床退行性變化是誘發(fā)老年人頸肩腰腿痛病癥的主要原因，臨床治療難度大，現(xiàn)有治療技術(shù)無法糾正已發(fā)生相關(guān)骨骼系統(tǒng)的退行性變化，僅可在一定程度上延緩病變進(jìn)展，改善相關(guān)部位活動功能[1]。（剩余3903字）
