電子信息科學(xué)與技術(shù)一流專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)基層教學(xué)組織建設(shè)的思考

摘  要：針對(duì)電子信息科學(xué)與技術(shù)一流本科專業(yè)，提出人才培養(yǎng)基層教學(xué)組織建設(shè)的四個(gè)主要內(nèi)容為制度與保障、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、教學(xué)組織與管理、教學(xué)改革與研究。文章中基層教學(xué)組織建設(shè)的思想和做法可為我國同類院校的電子信息科學(xué)與技術(shù)一流本科專業(yè)教學(xué)組織建設(shè)提供參考。

Abstract： For the first-class undergraduate specialty of Electronic Information Science and Technology， four fundamental contents of the grass-roots teaching organization building for talent training are proposed， and these contains the institution and guarantee， the teacher's team construction， the teaching organization and management and the teaching reform and research. These ideas and practices for the grass-roots teaching organization building in this paper can be utilized as the reference to build the teaching organization for the first-class undergraduate specialty of Electronic Information Science and Technology in similar universities in our country.
